The information provided through M.E. Academy – More Than Just Education, including tutoring sessions, academic coaching, and educational resources, is intended to support student learning and academic development. While our programs are designed to strengthen foundational skills in reading and mathematics through targeted instruction, M.E. Academy does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or test score improvements. Participation in our services does not replace instruction provided by a student’s school or educational institution. By enrolling in services, families acknowledge that academic progress depends on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, and continued practice outside of tutoring sessions.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

M.E. Academy provides structured academic support designed to help elementary students strengthen their skills in reading and mathematics. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for all families, we encourage parents and guardians to carefully review the M.E. Academy Service Contract prior to enrollment. The contract outlines expectations for scheduling, payments, cancellations, and participation. Enrolling in tutoring services indicates agreement with the policies described in the service contract.

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in or participating in services offered by M.E. Academy – More Than Just Education, parents and guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.

Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in tutoring, camps, or other academic programs requires completion of the registration process and payment of the required nonrefundable registration fee. The registration fee secures a student’s place in the program and reserves their scheduled time for up to four weeks.

Payment Policy
All program and tutoring payments must be paid in advance prior to the scheduled service dates. Services may be paused or canceled if payments are not received by the required due date.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
If a session must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, parents must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Refund Policy
Because tutoring and program spaces are reserved specifically for each student, registration fees and completed sessions are nonrefundable.

Parent Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that students arrive on time, are prepared for instruction, and follow program expectations that support a positive learning environment.

Program Modifications
M.E. Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or program structure when necessary to maintain program quality, safety, and effective instruction.

Agreement to Policies
By registering for services, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read and agree to the M.E. Academy service contract, policies, and procedures.
