While our programs are designed to strengthen foundational skills in reading and mathematics through targeted instruction, M.E. Academy does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or test score improvements. Participation in our services does not replace instruction provided by a student’s school or educational institution. By enrolling in services, families acknowledge that academic progress depends on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, and continued practice outside of tutoring sessions.

Privacy Policy - the basics

M.E. Academy – More Than Just Education respects the privacy of the students and families we serve and is committed to protecting personal information collected through our website, registration forms, and program participation. Information collected may include parent/guardian names, student names, contact information, emergency contacts, and basic educational information necessary to provide tutoring, camps, or academic services. This information is used only for program communication, scheduling, student support, and administrative purposes, and M.E. Academy does not sell, rent, or share personal information with outside organizations except when required by law or when necessary to operate our programs (such as secure payment processing services).

Student information and academic data are treated as confidential and used solely to support educational progress. During programs, students may occasionally be photographed, recorded, or have their image used in promotional materials such as brochures, social media, or the M.E. Academy website to highlight program activities and community impact. If a parent or guardian does not wish for their child’s image to be used, they must submit this request in writing to M.E. Academy so that we can honor their preference.
